Tanja has a background in international financial wealth management, which preceded her tenure at the FutureWear Group.
Her leadership is characterized by an emphasis on areas such as innovation, sustainability, and business model development.
She spearheads key programs like the ‘Testex Academy powered by FutureWear Group’.
Most recently, Tanja emerged from an Executive MBA program at Oxford University and HEC Paris, underscoring her commitment to cutting-edge business practices.

Prof. Dr. Lino Guzella
Dr. Lino Guzzella was a full Professor in the Department for Mechanical and Process Engineering of ETH Zurich. Between 2012 and 2014 Lino Guzzella was the Rector of ETH Zurich and from 2015 to 2018 its President. He is a fellow of IEEE and IFAC and a member of the Swiss Academy of Engineering (SATW).
He is now active as a member of the Board of Directors of German and Swiss industrial companies and a consultant in the area of start-ups and innovation.

Nikoletta is a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor for ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
