Tanja Eigenmann
Tanja has a background in international financial wealth management, which preceded her tenure at the FutureWear Group. Her leadership is characterized by an emphasis on areas such as innovation, sustainability, and business model development. She collaboratively spearheads key programs like the ‘Education Lab’ and the ‘Sustainability Venture Radar’ with the team at FutureWear Group.
Most recently, Tanja emerged from an Executive MBA program at Oxford University and HEC Paris, underscoring her commitment to cutting-edge business practices.

Elena brings extensive international expertise in Business Transformation, Partnership Management, Go-to-Market Strategy, and Open Innovation across various markets. Before joining the FutureWear Group, Elena held international roles in global tech and consultancy firms, overseeing Product Ownership, Market Development, and Digital / Sustainable Transformation processes.

Professor Dr. Lino Guzzella
Dr. Lino Guzzella was a full Professor in the Department for Mechanical and Process Engineering of ETH Zurich. After working in R&D departments in industry (Sulzer, Winterthur and Hilti, Schaan) he became Assistant Professor at ETH Zurich. Between 2012 and 2014 Lino Guzzella was the Rector of ETH Zurich and from 2015 to 2018 its President. He is a fellow of IEEE and IFAC and a member of the Swiss Academy of Engineering (SATW).
He is now active as a member of the Board of Directors of German and Swiss industrial companies and a consultant in the area of start-ups and innovation.

Nikoletta Németh
Nikoletta has over 20 years of experience helping organisations with management system strategy, implementation and LEAN process improvement. Her focus is on how to standardise business processes to support the complex demands of regulations, standards, customers and other requirements in the most transparent and effective way. She held leading positions in international companies, among others in the textile industry, and has supported numerous sites on almost every continent with systems implementation and improvement.
Nikoletta is a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor for ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Through his studies at WU Vienna (University of Economics and Business) he further gains first hand insights where the importance of sustainability is a key part of the curriculum.
